Ladle filling sand should be selected according to the production conditions and in accordance with the ladle dimensions and specifications.
Sand should be employed correctly and according to the directions.

From the qualitative viewpoint ladle nozzle filling sand, have two very important properties of high refractoriness and heat resistance to a temperature of up to 1700 and even higher temperatures and also it should not show physical and chemical resistance and should not affect analysis and fusion compounds during melting operations.
